Stopped by Taco Maya in the South Loop the other day, and it was a solid choice. Ordered the Chingon taco (steak, chorizo, jalapeno, onion, melted cheese, and cilantro) and a Shrimp taco (chipotle mayo, lettuce, pico de gallo, and avocado), both Mexican style. Each taco was around 4.75, so with a drink, I spent about 15. The flavors were on point, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The spot has a chill vibe, perfect for a quick bite. Definitely plan to swing by again to try more of their menu.

This is fabulous food! Homemade tortillas! Omg the Nashville Hot Chicken taco is unbelievably tasty. They have a salsa bar. I can’t wait to go back. My shrimp tacos were delish.

Had their signature tacos and a guava margarita. BEST DAMN TACOS IVE EVER HAD. The meat was cooked to perfection. Delicious sauce and pineapple. The service was very fast and friendly. Chips are house made and delicious too! Definitely will come back.
Delicious tacos in a laid-back and friendly ambiance. I got the Nashville hot chicken, tikka masala, signature, and filet mignon tacos, and I liked them all! The ones I would definitely recommend are the signature taco (which was packed with beef, bacon, cheese, and other delicious toppings) and the Nashville hot taco (which was perfectly spicy and crispy)! If you dine in, you also get complementary chips and salsa, which is a nice touch - they have a variety of different salsa options to choose from!
Extraordinarily friendly and proactive staff. Prefer Taco Tuesday (3 for 2) over Samosa Taco Monday (1 each). Loved the Dorado, Signature and Yucatan tacos the most. Very clean location and surfaces, nice music. Dipping sauces for the nachos are free, the green avocado one is the mildest. Tamales are good and authentic, too. Definitely recommend and wanting to revisit.
Very clean! Quick service and the tacos were great we tried all 5 varieties. Favorites in order Chorizo and chicken 1st, then El pastor, then carne and ground beef least favorite. The sauce bar was amazing
